BR sent Upstate out to take that tree down for me along with another small one. Guys said they would soon be packing up and going on standby to head out.

I'm staying for now. My mom's apartment is brick and made it through tons of hurricanes.
Ghetto North Charleston so the poor peeps watch out for each other. Hopefully her power
remains on so I don't have to get her.

This shit is annual. Irma last year, Matthew before, the flood of 2015 before that and some other damn thing. Always the same time too. I know because my kid is virtual schooled and I have a record of the emails to the teachers from storm preps and shit. 1000 year shit my ass.......... nope. I got my stuff and figure this is gonna be 2015 with wind. Or, who knows?

 

You forgot the Ice storm we had too.

 

And the snow. ROFL. I think I have had some form of ice or snow yearly (even flurries) since 05. We shall see if we get the snow dump after this thing tho (like we did last year and after Hugo)

You are correct about that! Hahahaha we went and watched the local squatter group (lol) try to drive on the ice. It was a "Hey yall, watch THIS!" show for sure! Hell, MOST of the trucks we watched ended up off the roads!
