Got the days off work scheduled. Thur/Fri/Mon!! Straight to, the GPS said like 7.5 hours. Figure more like 9 with stops and whathaveyounot. Was thinking about even maybe leaving Wed night, driving 4/5 hours, grabbing a room for the night and finish up Thursday morning. Either that or leave pretty early Thursday morning. I honestly like the idea of splitting the trip up, see how the wifey reacts to it. :spy:

Very interested/excited to see your new setup. Can't wait to check it out it yo!!

Different note: Would anyone have a set of the behind the seat storage thingy's laying around? Think I could make some good use of a set in the little single cab.

It was to be a dedicated trail rig. Then....that wife I mentioned...It's gonna be her DD.

I'm pretty pumped for this! Hearing all y'all talk about it is only making it worse haha. I'm excited to meet all y'all!

I've got front+mid skids, sliders, front and rear bumper, with good tires and suspension, but no locker or winch. Or jack for that matter... Maybe I'll order a hi-lift!

Gotta make sure I install the rear bumper and fix my CB before October. Anyone want to come over this weekend and help? haha

We threw a BBQ last weekend and I had 30drunk people in my house and somehow ended up with more beer than when we started the party. Still trying to work the math out on that one!

So I'll be bringing plenty of extra beer to AOP!!

    It never efffing ends.....

It’ll be memorable for sure, both on and off the trail.

There’ll be fire breathing and walking on water......and that’s only after the first jug of moonshine.

Tried to convince her that the 10 year old Kia Rio she drives now is actually a covert off road legend and just as cool.

She ain't buyin' what I'm sellin'.....

Brakes fixed. Still need AC charged. Now the big expense...all new OEM interior. Then tires. All before I can go back to spending on my truck.

Cut & broke off stuff. Prolific ziptie and tape usage.
Do Subaru parts fit FJ interior? Saw a few nice 1st gen tacomas with seats out of Forester and STI.
