I plan on installing the Magnaflow muffler and I already have the K&N CAI installed. I plan to buy the calibrator after both of the forementioned are installed. From my research so far, I've found out that the calibrator from URD will come to the factory specs of the 07 Tacoma 4.0L V6. From there I will need to tune manually myself. So here's my questions...

    * Does anyone have theirs tuned with same mods or knows where I can find the literature that will show me how to do this?
    * Once I install the muffler and re-calibrate, will I still meet California Emission Standards during smog testing? Or will I have to reset to original settings every time?
    * Should I change the fuel pump? Will this change the performance?

I'd be willingly to bet you'll still meet the requirements. If not though, the calibrator can be easily reset to a stock configuration.

No need to change the fuel pump.
