This. I am grateful and lucky to be part of a community that helps each other out. @Mobtown Offroad stepped in and helped me out. So far my experience has been great. Even though shipping is going to kill me (being on the opposite coast) I will gladly buy from a company like them, and will do so again.

I ordered my suspension through them in early february picked up all the components except the rear springs. They should still have my Dakar Springs in the shop.

I then ordered front and rear (dual swingout) bumpers, in February, total came out to approx $3100, I paid half.

I deployed in April, paid the other half of what I owed in July.

Got notified by Mike that my front bumper was ready for pickup, i told him i would be back in Oct and have it installed at the shop, along with my rear springs. Had solid comms with Mike the entire time.

Saw the initial post about PB having issues, then Mikes FB post that he had been let go. I was like WTF, started reading up and filed the chargeback for my half payment of the rear bumper, which I received.

My question is, when I get back in Oct, will my bumper and Dakar springs still be there? If so how would I go about picking them up?

*edit only reason i haven't filed for a complete chargeback is because its past the 90 day period and I dont really have a solid way to call Capital One, combined with the fact that I was told my front bumper was ready for pickup. I paid 1300 for the front bumper and the rest of the 250 was toward the rear bumper. Plus whatever the Dakars Cost me. ~500 bucks or so. All in all roughly $2k in limbo

I'm also wondering if I can coordinate with one of my bros back at Pendleton to head down there and pick it up before they "liquidate" everything

Their doors have been shut for weeks. No one is around. They have already filed bk. I’m afraid there is nothing to be done other than disputing any payment you have made.

Whoever desires too can buy the IP out of the Bankruptcy. IP is now controlled by their bankruptcy "administrator".

You need to go talk to a Lawyer (JAG maybe?) and get a filing into Bankruptcy court about this Property of yours before it gets auctioned off (if really still there).

First, Thank you for your service.

Second, if you have not, read this thread.
    https://www.tacomaworld.com/threads/pelfrey-informational-thread-one-post-condensed-version.567463/

    Third.
If you have email records from someone at Pelfrey stating that your product was ready to be picked up and you then informed him that you are currently deployed and would not be back until October and everything. Keep those, print those off, turn them into PDF copies or something... your best bet is going to figure out where those products are and the way I would do that is by showing proof of payment via invoice, proof that they were ready, proof that you would be getting them on your return from deployment, etc and then sending that to the court as they are going to want to know that they had something that was paid for, waiting to be picked up by a service member that was deployed and it was arranged to be picked up upon your arrival back to the states. If that product is not somewhere.... they are going to want to know where the hell it is then.

    Fourth.
Do you know if you were named as a creditor on the CH7 filing or not?

Thank you for the advice. I was named on the list as a creditor. I had also ordered sliders for a 4runner, but that was early august amd got the money back from that as well.
