Off to a good start ! Average about 12000-15000 steps a day . Doing a lot of morning stretching which seems to be helping the sciatica and lower back pain !

 

These roofers hate me, maybe one to many jokes. My odds of getting a roofing nail in my tire is probably pretty high.

 

I thought complaining about my sciatica pain would make it eventually go away. You mean I have to stretch?

 

3 days into stretching and a lot of the pain is diminished!

 

Those will look better on that there green ya got. Gonna look moar gooder.

Personally, I think the stock LED tails are too bright and shiny looking on dark colors anyway. They're starting to look like the decade + design that they are......IMHO.

Yea, that is terrible. My wife's job is like that. They keep cutting back. She told them, "don't even let me come in here to tell me, just save me the trip and call me at home, there's nothing I need here".

I recently attended the going away party of a dear friend here. They hired two girls just to answer questions (aka, fluff, and useless) as go betweens us and the IT staff and let her go. Same BS, they eliminated her position (IT).

No matter what, unless they are fuck ups, it sucks to see someone lose their job. I've been unemployed before. I know the feeling.

 

If I saw that on my watch I'd have to take it in for service.

 

Up over 20000 steps now . Some days I only get around 9000 . I am tired now
