Looks outstanding! I really like the combination of the wheels with the white color of your truck.

    ***UPDATE:

OK, guys! I just fixed the annoying "chi chi chi chi" noise of the front wheels of my truck when was running. The problem was (something to keep in mind if you are going to use 16 wheels) that the maxtrac spindles move the wheels out 0.75. So, the balancing weights were exactly aligned with the brake calipers and rubbing against the weights! I had to grind the calipers a little to give them around 3/32 of space, but that was enough. I couldn't give it more space, because the rubbing areas were too close to the bleeder.

Also I replaced the brake rotors and the pads, bled the whole system again and WOW! Minutes later I was driving at 80mph on the I-75 with no shaking, no wobbling or vibration. My girl was running quiet as she used to before! :)

What is the biggest tire size that can be used with the 4 inch Maxtrac lift?

Ok, I already know how bad is the upgrade to 33 in power loss and mpg loss, but, what could be impact of the 35s? More power and mpg loss or there is not really too much difference between those sizes?

When I jumped to 35s I had some small power lost but my mpg stayed the same. My new set up only weighed 13lbs more on each corner than the 33s

I'm on 34's & stock gears. I no longer daily drive the truck but it can't hold 5th gear on much of any inclines (overpasses = 4th). It's not quite bad enough to convince me to regear, but I couldn't see doing it on 35's. So just factor in driving like a grandpa OR spending another grand for gears if you do 34"+. Also, you'll need CMC & bash the pinch weld to hell. If those are beyond your abilities then add it to the cost lol.

After all that I'll say: love my 34s!

Wow! I have 265s and I'm feeling the power loss already. I can go up to 33 if the power loss is minimal compared to 265 but I think that 35 will make the truck feels too powerless then. That's why I didn't like the 4cyl! I like the look of the 35s but maybe I am not ready for the sacrifice!

Guys, this how the 265s looks on my 16" wheels. It seems to me like I don't have enough space for 285s with these wheels. How close are the 285s or 33 to your Maxtrac spindles?

4.5 backspacing 16 inch wheels and 35s on mine. You’ll be fine. 126CF403-6973-4EDD-BFF4-20948EA82C01.jpg
