Jag probably won’t touch it. It’s a civil matter unrelated to anything military specific.

So they filed bankruptcy as individuals, how does that affect the business though? Or was it not an LLC and just an in-house business.

From the filing it literally sounds like even though they invoiced, etc with Pelfreybilt Offroad, INC they were in fact a pass through business not a Corporation as the INC implies.

Otherwise it makes zero sense to list their business customers as "creditors" on their personal BK filing and judge would toss it immediately.

I was wondering what the invoices/sales agreements said. Did they have any other info besides Pelfreybilt Offroad Inc?

Did the payments, both CC and ACH, process to the business name?

Sadly I’m not very good at drawing. However, if you can send me your contact info and some money I’d be happy to put you on a list of creditors and mail that to you promptly.

My CC transaction was labeled INT*IN*PELFREYBILT OF 844-7263373 CA
So the merchant account was in the business name.

    Workin' on it....
I have no money at stake in this whole disaster but I just don’t get how you can be listed as “creditors” on the BK filing. All you guys were “customers” of a business and paid for a product which you will never receive. It’s not like you guys are providing personal loans.

I don’t get the legal side of this and how they as a corporation but not a company can claim everyone as creditors....

I work right around the corner from their shop. Place has been a ghost town since before Labor Day.

You’ve got pretty much all the answers as far as your issue goes, but I emailed Satin and she was responding well within the hour so maybe see what she has to say so you can hear it “straight from the horses mouth”

You on the 15th MEU right now?
&& what unit are you with?
Saw the SS 0317 in your username...

Too many hurt feelings with the new folks for that nowadays. We’d need a cry forum for them.
