    Howdy,

I don't particularly care for the rims that came on our 2018 TRD Off Road. I've been a chrome kinda my entire life :) As such, I've been searching for a 16" chrome rims and have turned-up nothing that I care for. So, this brings up my question: has anyone on this forum had their wheels chromed? If so, could you post a photo of your truck?

PS. For those that are curious, I had the TRD Off Road decals removed.

    Thanks...

Not too many people on this forum are chrome guys. You’d be the first. You can by a stock set of off rod take offs and get them chromed. And if you don’t like it you still have your set as back ups. Subbed for pics

Splitting hairs, I know, but some TW'er got a set of chrome steel wheels? Maybe chromed aftermarket alloys?

A pic might be in the What Have You Done Today thread or the Barcelona Red Tacos thread? I think they posted up that they liked chrome or something like that. If I am not wrong, they might have also posted about getting chromed bed bars?

Yeah. It's so rare that stuff like that sticks out.

Get some chromed rally wheels. Now that would be a sight to behold.

What is the obsession with the Toyota factory wheels, the offset is terrible and they're Ugly af. Whether you're gonna powder or chrome. It's cheaper and more beneficial just to buy new wheels. If you want chrome(hurts to say the word) you'll probably have to go to an 18"+ wheel.

As a whole package, it is nicely done. Not for me to own though. I like that my current lack of chrome, other than the headlights, is easy to take care of by not taking care of it. :p

Me too, I like chrome, the factory look. Nowadays everything is gotta be blacked or shitty dipped as some call it. A little chrome is not bad. There is ways to do it, I think it would be bad ass!
