    I have one of those. Its called a PRB card. Or something similar. Older cops will know what it is. You can get it if you're deserving, but has to be handed to you from a cop.

    The one I have is with NJPD. But im rarely speeding in NJ. The guy I got it from said it should be valid everywhere. Or else the officer should know that i was given one, and actions after that should be noted

    I know sworn NYPD officers who've gotten speeding tickets in VA by state police.

    Because not all cops think that some cops are cops.
