Ive spent a lot of time in court. Pick the easiest argument to win and hammer that point. The fact that you were not on a highway makes it impossible to enforce any of the law. If you get into the argument of if the curb is a raised structure or not....that’s a matter of opinion.

That’s great advice, thanks. Only been to court one other time for reckless and my lawyer did all the talking.

Yeh some cops don't give a shit about that stuff. My one buddy who is a state trooper here in VA gets pissed when people try to pull that stuff, or when they have that black and blue line sticker on their car, if they aren't actually a cop.
