    Dustin threw his back out the day before he was going to pick it up so he couldn't get to the bank to get cash so the seller got worried. Dustin said later in the week they would meet (last week) but then the hurricane forecasts came out and Dustin, being the insurance agent, told the guy he want buying before a storm since he would only be putting one way coverage on it.

    I just stared at him when he told me this.
