NOOOOOOO!!!!!:annoyed: What happened?!?! I’ve been monitoring this thread daily and signed up for the email alerts and never got one! Ugh! Super bummed.

I’ve been waiting on these this whole week stalking the board waiting for that “available” email.

My fault, should’ve kept checking the forum every couple hours and I would've snagged one, haven’t checked since this AM and looks like I missed the batch of the dual color map lights.

:fingerscrossed: another dual color map set get's released, this money is seriously burning a whole in my pocket. :fingerscrossed:

On a related note, I was lucky enough to grab the dome light on Tuesday before they sold out at least. Ordered Tuesday, arrived in today's mail, talk about FAST!

Already swapped in the dome light and it looks amazing! I mean I was expecting bright but I still made the mistake of staring directly into the dome light when I tested it and I'm still seeing the spots. It took 30 seconds to install and it is definitely well put together and thought out. No shortcuts, attention to detail.

You most definitely have a talent @mesojdm, I wish you nothing but continued success on taking this on full-time and you got another extremely pleased customer here as well.

I signed up for them too and didn’t get one. Looks like the maps went in under an hour?

Damnit... I’m still trying to get this email notification system ironed out. I’m just learning it, so it could be something as simple as a few settings. But others have reported it working... ugh.
Thanks for the compliments! I try my best to design parts with form and function in mind... How I’d build it if it were my own truck.
Wait until you get the maps to compliment the dome:thumbsup:

Edit: here’s a screenshot of the back in stock program. It looks like it sent a bunch of email notification for the dual color maps..

With my Meso dome light I kinda don't even need map lights anymore. If the door is open I have puddle lights shining on the ground too. I think I may have gotten a slight sunburn after turning it on the first time too. Excellent work @mesojdm! This thing is killer. Now to install the map lights.

Little advice please. Installed the Map light. Very tight fit, doesn't move when pushed to turn light on. the lights work when hanging by wires but just doesn't move free enough to move the switch. Sand some off the edge little silicone grease on the edges. Sand down the opening? What was your solution to this issue?

They are side specific there is a "L" on one and "R" on other. Are they oriented correctly?

Edit. here is why they are side specific.. the notch in the housing is off center. Other than that they are symmetrical
    [IMG]

Here's a quick vid on how I install them. There should be plenty of tolerance for smooth operation on/off.
