Nope haha all three would go through the roof haha. No gracias. I would love it, but no. It would be kinda cool to wheel up the back part of my hill to a slab to work on the truck by my pool, but the city might not approve, nor the wife.

Thats insane! You can rent a 3 bedroom home for that in SD. I can see the bay bridge from my sister in laws though. Im in Piedmont. Aparently Lars Ulrich from Metallica used to own this place.

You could buy 2 3-4 bedroom houses here for that and your mortgages would be less still

I pay $2,300 per month and a half for my one bedroom single occupancy in a shared apartment on campus. That’s with a meal plan though.
