What did you use to grind the garage floor? I'm still trying to decide how to deal w/ mine. My dad has race deck and it's nice and easy to keep clean but ramps just slip and slide across them.

A handyman buddy had a concrete disc for the angle grinder, did a good job. Had hoped to just acid wash and movie on, but the garage was previously painted to cover up oil and stains, that bubbled under the acid. Once we started grinding, we decided to do the whole thing.

Still plan to do a clear coat, maybe Saturday. Was going to do it tomorrow, but got a call from a company asking me to come to new hire registration and training tomorrow. Have been trying to schedule my interview, they decided to just take a chance on me.

Isn’t this a brand new spec house? Why would you need to grind it down then? Pretty sure step one on a basic clean concrete floor is just the acid etching.

Hopefully they didn’t paint the doors in the garage or spill anything in there. If the floor is clear, a simple etching will do it.

Go to AZ Polymer to get the pro stuff. It is worth it.

So my mom took her tundra today for an alignment and they told her she needed new shocks(which I’m sure they said they cause it just hit 100k miles) it’s only a 15’ and has been nothing but city miles so I’m sure they’re still good but they were trying to charge her 600 just for the front 2 and were going to use some vatozone shocks and I told her Sike, I’ll do it my self with better shocks and do all 4 so the question is ome or 5100s

His slab is also post tension. I wouldn't be grinding on anything.

He'd have to do something in order to screw it up. He isn't gonna take his whole house to @snowtank 's house.
