First time I've heard of someone refer to it as the Metallica snake Here it's the snake on the a Gadsden flag. "Don't tread on me"

Love the Devil horn emblem. I'm hoping I can place an order for one soon. Is there any possibility that you can make a matching plate frame with horns on the top corners?

Yes.

 

It is very possible, however it will be very expensive to make.

 

Could you give me a ball park figure?

 

Average machine shops run at $60-$100 an hour.
Say it takes about 8-10 hours to make the plate.
Add material ($40), anodize ($92 minimum charge), etc.

This is why you don't see many people get custom work by a machine shop.
A general rule is to order large quantity to justify the initial expense of design, program cnc equipment. Once it's programmed the machine can keep producing parts at lower cost.

On the other hand if this was a water jet it would reduce the price dramatically.
Think of it as water Jet is 2D work and machine shop is 3D work.
Best bet is to find a shop with water jet capabilities.

 

I don't take custom work anymore, too expensive to make and don't have the time as I used to.
