Keep meaning to stop by Adelberts Brewery when I'm near Austin but always end up going around the city.

Been there many times. They actually opened up a restaurant also (need to see if it's still there since I moved back). Spent a lot of money in there eating and drinking.

Road trip with these two jugs. That Drink Tank makes the 64oz jug look like a shot glass.

I’m just saying you could order that jug in 1 gallon size so they match up. :anonymous:

See you got it right. You just need a 1/2 gallon one also so that you have the matching set.

Supper tonight is ribeye steaks, Shrimp brochettes, roasted asparagus, pablano pepper cheese grits and breadedstuffed jalapeños with brisket, pepper jack cheese and deep fried.
This pic’s for you Zach. @Misplaced Nebraskan

First time I have cooked on a Weber in 25 years. Steaks are great but I didn’t get the sear marks I like. Got the Weber for my wife to use as she is short and has trouble lifting the lids on my cookers.

Where has @horstuff been? Haven't seen him in the smoking thread?

I need a new solution for my web store. Shopify has plucked the last bit of patience from me. They changed the format on the packing slips to something that I can't print on a 4x6 sheet (what I use). To edit it, you have to edit HTML code. The support people can't even figure out what I'm supposed to do.

To say I'm peeved is an understatement.

@horstuff, any suggestions? GoDaddy has a web store and upgraded site editor available. Can roll all my costs to one platform, but I don't know if their stuff is any good.

Square and PayPal both have the same type of system where you can add in things in the manner of Shopify. I use a full blown shopping cart for my stuff but that may be overkill for you.

I quote that it will be shipped in 2-3 business days, but I usually get stuff out the next day or the day after.

I'll work as quickly as possible!

Looking forward to hearing what you think.

Came to one of our cooks' homes today, so no cooking.

I picked up a tri-tip from the butcher yesterday that goes on tomorrow.

Daughter's soccer league rescheduled a game for 4 pm, so not sure if it'll be a late lunch or a late dinner, but I'm cooking tomorrow, dammit!
