What will be the catalyst that sets the next market downturn?

We've seen stupid money being thrown at companies with large burn rates and no profits in sight.

In my area housing is expensive for what you get. The value for money is so bad that I refuse to buy. There's no shortage of buyers looking for wore out houses that need ten of thousands of dollars worth of work.

I know that's what you meant. I was just saying that it wasn't really the "first" one.
    Tomorrow.

    :anonymous:

Short notice but I thought I'd throw it out there. Going with my fam and my father in law.

No stinkbugs allowed, though. Lift your shit.

My brother went there. He'd call us complaining about how hot it was during the summer. It's routinely get up to like... 80 degrees.

Somehow the smell of urine, feces and trash is ok? I'm not sorry, but SF is a filthy shit-hole.

I'll take a little weed smoke

Oh it gets relatively hot during the summer. But you have to keep in mind 80 seems excessively hot because the residents are used to freezing conditions most of the year.

It’s a big city. What do you expect.

Same can be said about some parts of Manhattan, Detroit, Chicago, etc.

Columbia CA. 2 hrs from Sac

    Don't worry about it.

I'm thinking of getting another trail ride together in a few weeks.

Please do! I’d definitely love to join.

My main excuse for never going on a trail before is because I’ve never had any company. All my friends drive sedans and sports cars.

As long as it's decent stuff, the smell is fine. But all you get is the cheap brown stuff that smells like crap.

My old football coach was born in Fairbanks. Apparently you’re given land if you’re born there? He told me he has a parcel of land outside Fairbanks that’s a down a two hour long dirt road only accessible by Jeep.

He’s biased. He drives an old XJ.
