Stock ECU Tuning

This is a challenge on my supercharged '15 with 35s. It was not present with 255/85s. I'd love to address it between OVTune and some trans shifting.

 

@OVTune What's going on with the tuning software? You sent me an updated version, and it looks slightly different, but still cannot adjust injection scaling or afr targets. My truck has been running like crap for way too long. I sent you an email with the details on 9/12.

I have given every possible fuel map I can't find, and fuel enrichment multipliers. I am still trying to figure out why injector scaling is not making a measurable difference.
My software developer has left me hanging for a bit sit he's gone until after the 17th.

I've picked through the code I cannot find any other fueling control right now.
If you flashed the TRD map and tuned from that it should not be running really crappy

 

Aside from injector scaling, have you ever been able to adjust the AFR targets? Do you have special in-house software to adjust that? If you do, I'll drive the 6 hours to have you tune it. I can't get on any kind of boost because I can't adjust the AFR targets from 14.7.

 

So does this mean running larger 61lb injectors isn’t possible with your solution, or just “not yet”?

 

Not yet, several updates are being worked on its just been slow since my developer hasn't returned yet.

 

@OVTune downloaded what I think is the correct tech stream link. It asks for dealership information for tracking. What do I do there?

Secondary Air System Delete capability?

 

And also catalyst monitoring delete.

 

I'm almost certain I was told those are possible.

 

I know they have done the catalyst delete for one member. He asked for it for his off road vehicle.

Never heard solid updates for the other two.

 

I wonder if the system would show 'not ready' versus 'not applicable' when hooked up for inspections/OBD2. 'not ready' would fail where as
'not applicable/available' should pass as it's saying the vehicle is un-equipped.

 

There are certain perameters/numbers that the test needs to meet to pass and not show a CEL. I would think that they would change these parameters/number so the sensor test always comes back good. Essentially the sensor will still be there and working but always test good and never have a CEL

 

it's possible in the ecu to eliminate everything where it shows "ready" as soon as the ecu gets power. But that's illegal.
