I think the bottom line is this:

On a website biased towards trucks, tits won by over a 2:1 margin.

my wife got tits, then she let me buy my 89 4runner, and 3OME lift for my 09 taco. keep her happy and you will be happy.

by the way shop around. in Lousianna she was able to find a doctor with over 200 ops. and the cost was only 4k and change. some places charge alot more so you think they are better. do not fall for it. shop for a doctor that listens and does what you want.

pick a size and stay with it. my wifes friend wanted to wake up rigth after they were put in, decided they were not big enough... now she has DD's on a 5'6" frame 100lbs wet. you think that would be sexy but it looks top heavy.

my wife went with medium C and a Mid mount. they have three settings. high, medium, and low. so do your research and if a doctor says something you do not like or argues with you or your wife, throw dueces and walk to the next doctor.

    just my .02 good luck
