That's why I asked if it was guys or girls. When I was in school guys would usually throw a punch or two, switch to grappling, and call it good when the teachers stepped in. Girls would keep trying to murder each other using anything within reach (rocks, chairs, desks, other students, etc) and had to be dragged off kicking and screaming and kept trying to get loose to kill each other until they got separated by at least one wall

Edit- The sole exception to this was when a sophomore or freshman tried to sucker punch a senior football player. The football player dodged the (poorly thrown) punch, picked the kid up, and threw him through a nearby window. Then he stepped through the broken window, picked the kid back up, and threw him back into the building through the window next to it.

That's nuts about the football player. can't say I blame him haha

Worst fight that occurred near me was in the middle school gym where two females (7th/8th grade) had planned a fight and one of them had razor blades tied into her hair. Other girl grabbed her hair in the fight and sliced her hand up bad. I think there was still remnants of dried blood on the floor later that day.

I had a friend get into a fight outside of school, right around 6/7 grade and had his jaw broken. Wired shut for a while.

Yeah, it was crazy. They were those wire-reinforced safety glass windows, too. The school was built in the 60's and all of the windows in the lunch room were floor-to-ceiling and I think 5 feet wide. Kid was on the hook for an expensive repair bill, lol.

Ironically, a few years after I graduated, they spent a year completely gutting and rebuilding the school to be more energy efficient. They stripped those huge windows out of there and put in a low wall with ICF forms and newer, smaller, low-e windows. Just as well; that lunch room used to be sweltering on a sunny day.

These windows used to be just one big window.

Let all those folks going out of pocket for hotel rooms etc know to keep receipts for EVERYTHING. Clothes you had to buy because your house was evacuated. When you file your lawsuit for this you will get reimbursed for all that because you have your proof...Fridge that spoils with your $$$ steaks in it???HHHMMM????

But asbestos, brah. In the insulation for the pipes, in the floor tiles, some of the siding...
Plus a leaky roof, inefficient steam heating system, and really bad drafts.
The district decided that doing a full-on strip-down & renovate on a 50 year old building would be cheaper than building a completely new school.

oh yah, asbestos will do it. Heating system sucked too, at least in the older buildings. One time we had school canceled after the day had started because they coudnt heat the buildings well enough. We were all pretty stoked

For sure. Dangerous if you don't have the right gear, too.

    Lol, yeah, until June.

Damn it, @stump jumpin' jethro, I unsub'd from that stupid hitch thread for a reason, lol.

Lol, I was too quick too react. The one boy was looking like he was going to fuck up the other, except he is all of 70 pounds with his pockets stuffed with tungsten. Quick, would have gotten way more hits in. Think it all was over jealousy about a girl talking to one of them.

The other was just one boy kicking the other annoying one in the balls. Best part, the one says, he didn't kick him, after a while he said he may have picked up his leg and his foot might have touched him.

    I'm thirsty now.

That's what I like about watching the bantamweight boxers do their thing. Like machine guns when they get an opening.

Yeah, I think it is so the FD doesn't smash doors to check houses. He can rock them after they check the house. He works on the cell doors and all the locks in the facility. He said there was 10 of them sent out
