Only GM could figure out how to screw up a corporate cousins (Buick versus Chevy versus GMC). Could this show that their SUV / Trucks are the bottom of the barrel compared to cars, considering the model split between those three? But then, Caddy being last blows that out of the water. . .

You're in a 2nd gen, so the last thing you need to worry about is someone suckin you off.

 

Just curious, wasn't the 2nd Gen priced relatively the same throughout the production run? It seems that way to me.

Last year, mine was purchase for a bit less than the Costco program price and was a few K under the average vehicle cost. I wouldn't call that overpriced?

58 grand for a new third gen? I don't remember the 2nd gens being that much back in 2015 at my local dealer. even so I wouldn't of bought a new second gen either

Ah. I missed your location. The exchange rate is hard to factor in, esp when you have to consider what actions are possible down the road.

I could not find my config (Sport or OR ACLB MT at about 100,000mi) used for a realistic price. The ones that I did find were about $5k more than I could swing. Sure I'm going to be paying longer, but used payments being higher than new wasn't something that we could swing. I do plan to run this thing until is done.

My 2018 was 35k, the 05 TRD OR Tacoma it replaced was $32k.

 

Never seen so many complaints and issues with a generation of Tacoma or any Toyota truck for that matter like this generation

I feel blessed since I got my 2018 for 37.5k.
