I don’t see these complaints and bickering on the 4Runner forum or the Tundra forums. Even 2nd gen area much cleaner

 

its all natives and diesel sluts over here anyways. driving a Toyota is a great deterrent from unwanted diseases.

I had a BMW and had no issues, this was before they ever sold cars with turbos, but they are still junk.

If you took out LEDs, headlight retofits, black wheels, changing dashlight colors, leveling kits and plastidip posts, both would be significantly smaller.

 

Skeptical, I have no experience with them so I can't say. Some look nice, seems like there's a lot that can go wrong with them. I was going to get a RS4 when they came with the NA V8.

 

To be fair, it's not far off the cost of a TRD Pro (and less than the cost of some TRD Pro markups). Not what *I* would pay for either truck, but the prices are there because buyers are there.

 

That’s the first thing I thought when I read this article too! I like the new Colorado and Canyon. But, if they will not stand behind a truck that they made for off-roading and fix this for these customers then that’s not a company that should be supported. Hell, I remember reading all the articles about how they tested it at MOAB and how fast it finished the trails. Now people use it for that and the damn airbags deploy and they stiff you with a repair bill. That’s BS.

 

Probably because there ain't a bunch of people who don't own one stirrin shit up in there....

 

2nd gen forum was a mess when I first created my account years ago with my 05 Tacoma. Overhead compass issues, engine mounts, wheel bearings, etc, etc. I drove around in my truck just waiting for stuff to break. Ended up being a great truck.

 

So we just misuse the term. It should be "Breaking Period" not break-in.
