    Hmmmm just went back and checked my email and I have an e mail with a tracking number????? How can that be when I got a private message tonight saying we can't fill your order??????? A little fishy to me watch out guys I don't have a good feeling about this at all!!!!!!!!

    Its not fishy at all. Don't jump to conclusions. Relax. He's very professional and a great guy. Mistakes happen. I'm sure he'll either refund it very quickly or remedy it the best way possible. Just relax.

    Agreed. This guys seems legit and I’m assuming he is unless proved otherwise. I’m sure their will be some administrative growing pains along the way.

    You need to be patient. Calling out a vendor as "fishy" is a bit premature and uncalled for.

    If you have any concerns, send the vendor a PM. They are very responsive.

    For the record, I received an email for Paypal with a tracking number.

    For the record I didn't call the vendor fishy the whole situation is "fishy" and I have sent him a couple of PM's one 2 minutes after he sent me the message and then another and not a word so how would you feel!? He has had my money for 5 days took that without question.

    If the situation is so fishy, why did you pay for it? There was plenty of other people willing to pay. I paid and got an receipt email then got a tracking number from paypal.

    ECool’s wife just had a baby a week or two ago. Give his response times a little break. (It’s been mentioned earlier in the thread)
    Plus, refunds/fixes to problems take a moment.
    I would suggest just contacting him directly and being patient. Blasting it out is not a god idea unless there is a legitimate reason for doing so. It is the weekend. They got hit by a mass of Tacoma World desire for these items, they are actively trying to get this new product (the painted versions at a reasonable price) and demand for it is enormous. A mistake happened.
    It was a minor miscalculation.

    It was paid via PayPal. You are covered if it does come to that, but it won’t. These guys are good or I wouldn’t be promoting them everywhere.

    Hey everyone! I just wanted to jump in here and apologize to @bnichols . Somehow the TPO got oversold, and we are working to fix that right now. Many of the TPO have already gone out, but there are still I believe 2 others who I am giving refunds to until we get the material back in stock, or giving them another discount to switch to a different color. Overall, not a great situation, but I hope they understand. I completely understand his frustration and concern dealing with a company he has never bought from or probably heard of before. I want to calm his nerves and everyone else's that we are a legitimate company, not scammers, and he will have his refund today. I am sorry if this spooked any of the rest of you.

    To those of you who stepped in to speak up for me, I can't thank you enough. I'm adjusting to some new things personally, so I haven't been able to spend as much time on the forum. I think that I didn't respond to him right away is another reason why he was concerned which is understandable.     How about we just say that a group of us "suggested" that bnichols be a little more patient? If my post came off too aggressive to him, that was not my intention, and I should have said something before now.

    Hopefully, a new set of overlays can make it to him at the discounted price so everyone will be happy.
