Not pro like you and Tyler. I removed them. I didn't want to pull them but decided since I wasn't working with a lift, they were coming off the truck. Wasn't difficult at all what really screwed things were those damn kit u-bolts. how crappy. my fault though, figured it wouldn't be an issue since they were part of the kit. oh well, OME branded ubolts are on their way and should have them by Wednesday.

 

What bolts did you use in the meantime?

 

none. going to sit on stands until Wednesday. Taco isn't my DD.

Gotta give him credit though, he did convert a truck to 4wd. Which is why I was kinda dumbfounded when he posted that leaf spring question. Usually its the people who can instal lifts that question the transmission removal, not vice-versa.
