CSF All Aluminum Performance Radiator For our trucks FINALLY!!!

Yup, my vendor said not until the end of November. So obviously they just got bypassed because my order was in behind theirs or because my order was for just one and they obviously bought a few.

 

Have you guys tried Offroadgorilla.com?

 

Google search returned some vendors thay had it in stock...same price and free shipping.

 

They’re sold out now. He told me they could have more next month and asked if I thought there was enough demand for them to order more.

I told them most were sold out before vendors had them in hand. Obviously there’s a market.

 

I can't buy from them at wholesale. I am using a wholesale vendor that I have been doing business with for a long time. And with the employee discount, the less I buy it for, the less the markup. I am a Toyota parts manager so I try not to pay retail on anything. LOL Except the stuff that says TRD on it because retail is employee or URD because some things you just can't get elsewhere and it is just worth it.

I do, but that part number you mentioned earlier is so sexy and I love that it is thicker. And that shape should fit great down lower so I won't have so many layers for the fan to pull through when wheeling or going slow.

 

quality parts cost money, no doubt. Had so swallow my better judgement to get the radiator for $349. But the trans cooler for $339!!!??? Sure looks purdy... but not gonna swing that. There are lots of other trans cooler options out there for a lot less money, and I'd bet the temp reduction has much more to do with where it is mounted and airflow than brand or shape.

 

All I pulled from these two quotes were the words bigger, thicker, and sexier....

We are still talking about trans coolers right?

 

I cant argue with that one. I agree!
Another thing to take into consideration is, it is designed tough! Designed to be exposed to the elements so it SHOULD be much more able to take a rock without leaking.

 

I'm so in for one of these. Is there a line or wait list? Email to order? Phone number? someone's address that has one could 'borrow'??

 

Radiator or cooler?

 

Radiator for sure (down with plastic!)
... the cooler yikes that's pricey. but ok. rather have it done once and right than come back to it later.

 

16711-31510 for 2010-2014 FJcruiser seems like a nicer shroud than the earlier 16711-31200 for the 2007-2009.

Has nice steel inserts for the bolts and comes with the nutserts for the coolant tank.

Use the 16470-31130 tank with the 31510 shroud.

 

Now you tell me. Are both oem? Price difference?

 

I ordered for 2007-2009 FJ. Looks like 2010-2014 is $15 cheaper for the two part.

 

I have the 07-09 too.....that newer one is nice though
