    I like the engine hoist, I got something similar. But my garage isn’t tall enough for a lift. But im trying to tak my dad into putting one at his shop

    yea the chain fall on the trolley works wonders. lift engine up, roll car out. the house is steel-framed, that I-beam could support the entire truck. i get alot done in this garage thats for sure. every weekend theres someones car in there getting work done. from engines to brakes. i do it all mostly

    kinda cramped with the frame but eh. im amazed i got the frame in there with whats really just a 3 car garage

    I think my hoist is only set up to support 1 ton lol

    i have the 1/2 ton chainfall up there now. but i have the 1/2, 3/4 and 1 ton. the trolley is only rated for 1 ton. the beam itself would handle more if i got a beafier trolley

    I think my trolley is 1/2 now i think about it but the beam is only set up to support 1 ton

    i need a bigger space though.. there's a Bridgeport knee mill in my future and a Clausing lathe... I cant wait to be able to fabricate more shit with those in my possession..

    and i found out from my buddy that works at precision turbo that they're throwing out a car paint booth.. i really want to get that. but alas, no room

    Yes you can. My hoist actually spans over one of my in floor heat tubes.

    I borrowed my fire departments IR camera to map my floor.

    I have shit scattered everywhere right now truck is blown apart in the garage for paint, doors and fender at the bodyshop, ARB bumper chilling in the garage, Warn M8000 winch in the closet along with some KC Daylighters and couple of grand in new genuine Toyota parts.

    The truck leaves Monday at 7AM for the bodyshop and it's tore down to an extent that it looks like a theft recovery.

    None of this really makes any financial sense and I don't care how much you hamster it.

    my original avalon wheels, the spare to avalon, 2 doors for the taco, tailgate and a factory trailer hitch with wire harness buried back there.. thats just a taste of the basement. lol
