Morning all! Hope all still have power and surviving the apocalypse... have a couple of buddies working for CNN up in Wilmington, it’s been rough up there.

 

Still have power? I just got to work. We are sending people to Charlotte to help out the regional offices that got flooded, I didn't get sent though unfortunately.

 

Going to work. I'll stay as long as no lighting. Can't take a chance taking a hit again. Few years ago lighting hit the shop and fried the board on the plasma table

 

Just hitting me know winds and rain. Winds aren't terrible since Im on the out skirts but it's raining pretty good.

 

How much rain y’all getting over there?

 

I see some places getting 15”?

A wet Saturday but we needed it

 

Yea I saw future showed it moving north along the coast

 

That's on the lower end some places reporting well over 30" and we're talking in a 24-48hr period.

 

We’ve got 12” in a day here before,washed out a town downstream

Nah, not much wind here.

 

A little windy and moist here but still have power and no trees or limbs down .I'd say we dodged a bullet .I hope those eastern NC guys are going to be alright . They have seen a ton of rain the past few days

We are too . Sucks to have to get behind on work, but its great to not have to rebuild a house or deal with insurance companies.
