Wow, the bands off this thing are still just flowing into NC, how are everyone doing this morning?

Looks like we’re getting spared from the worst of it down here. Those who have not been as lucky, please let me know if there’s anything I can do to help. I want to stay out of emergency personnel’s way but let me know what you need, if anything. Food, water, fuel, supplies, etc.

I may be heading back up to Norfolk VA tomorrow sometime if people need some supplies or whatever moved up the coast .

 

I’m sure we’ll be getting a brief about this on Monday...

Morning everyone, finally caught some sleep.

Had a tornado within a mile of us in the early hours, luckily it wasn’t big enough to do much and only hit a few fields.

Rain is still perpetually coming down, starting to cause some serious flooding.

Heading to a buddy’s house now to bring him to ours, he’s starting to get flooded out. I’ll try and get some pics once we pic him up and head back.

Weather Channel just showed some deer swimming right down the street in eastern North Carolina. A couple of bucks and a lot of their hoes.

We have some down here on the south side too. A bunch in our local Walmart parking lot waiting.

 

Made it back. River is over the banks in a lot of places.

Got my buddy, checked on a couple of my troops that weren’t answering their phones, delivered some ice and water.

Back at the homestead chilling and grilling now.
