    Hi BoggerBret,

Can you please confirm the OTD price you posted above ($35,471)?
    the sale tax of $33,839 x 8.625% = $2,918.61
    the DMV fees approach $450.00

    Thanks,

I am in ATL and trying to get a deal on a 2018 Tacoma (trading in or selling my cherry 2016).

This will be maybe my 13th Toyota truck and just can't get a super deal this time.

    Hello,

Just wanted to reply to this thread.

I bought my toyota from South Bay Toyota a month ago. 2018 trd off road double cab, short bed. 4x4

Out the door (including taxes amd everything) $38,600 $0 money down and a very low interest rate i want to say 1.6%. If i pay the minimum for 4 years i think i end up paying like $39,500 for it. If i pay the minimum.

I negotiated and walked out three times untill i got the price i wanted.

I think msrl was at $42,000 not including dmv and taxes.

I wasn't aware that you could get JBL on anything with a manual? Did this change or was I mistaken?

For 2018, the JBL system is not part of the premium package for manual trans, only autos get the JBL. I had several dealerships/salesmen tell me this when I was shopping for my 2018 Sport, though none of them knew why.

OTD is not very helpful for comparison; taxes, title registration, rebates, trade-in, etc. can vary so much. Please post price before any of the aforementioned list.

I think it has been like that from the start because I remember inquiring about it when I was getting my '17 and I'm pretty sure it wasn't available.

Toyota excluded a few tech options from the MT. No sunroof, push button start, smart key or JBL. Glad it didn't have a sunroof and don't mind the JBL, but I really wanted that push button and smart key. Sounds silly but I got accustomed to it in my Si.

Short time lurker, first time Tacoma owner, and Tacomaworld member as of 10 minutes ago. First post here. This thread has been helpful. Thank you to all contributors.

Bought a 2018 Double Cab TRD Off Road 4X4 with Manual Transmission in Magnetic Gray yesterday. No big extras. All weather mats, charging wires, hood and door paint protection. MSRP = $36,676

Cash delivered price of unit = $30,447.00
    Administrative service fees = $449.00
State and local taxes = $500.00
    Georgia warranty rights act =$3.00
License, License Transfer, and Title = $10.00
Total out the door = $31,500
    *No trade or financing*

Love the truck and am happy with the price. Homework and luck got me this deal. All communication until pickup date was done by text, email, and phone. The Augusta dealer was excellent to work with. They happened to have three nearly identical besides color not moving and 2019s are about to hit the lots. The white and cement one are still there.
