I googled this actually. The guy from camelback had explained that dealerships in az basically tax 3600-4000. Basically he said get the price of the vehicle & multiply it by 12. That’ll be the most you’d have to pay in taxes & tags so it gives a starting point for how low you want to negotiate

Edit: here’s what I think happened.
My in laws sister has seen my truck. & the sister wants help getting a new Tacoma. So idk why they don’t want them to know it’s mine they’re getting, but since they’ve seen it, apparently we have to wait a little. Which sucks ass. My tags were due & they had told me not to pay them so now I’m late on that.
