Most of ours is done in confined space on the stainless steel turbine wheel. It's fucking miserable.

Well one of the lower shock bolts seized up on my front bp-51s. Had to cut it out and half of the bolt is still seized in there. Awaiting response from arb on whether I should send em both in for a rebuild (1.5 year old shocks) or just have them replace the bushings.

Does anyone have a complete set of front shocks I could borrow or just the top hats and hardware?

I've got a warn xd9000. I think @Nimitz won a VR at the overland rally, twice, but not sure if he kept it. Pretty sure he sold it?

Hey everyone I just moved to Vancouver Washington from San Diego. I’m looking to take my family to a lake or river tomorrow for a half day kinda thing, since I’m new I have no idea what’s around I’d also like a place that we can shoot at.
And also be able to take the Tacoma on some trails
    Thanks everyone

Yeah. I installed one of them, including the remote solenoid kit. Not a huge fan.

Been hunting before and after work for elk up in North Bend, had a cow at 20 yards was best opportunity I’ve had although have to wait for late season for her. The bulls I had seen day or two before the season have evaporated. I didn’t buy a Hancock permit this year, I think I’ll be back there next year. Taking a break this evening and back at it in AM. Good luck Twalchili1

Found something that'll work. The truck is sitting with a massive rake right now until I can get these shocks serviced. Thanks for the offer though @JimSnell

I sent an email, but will call them up on Monday. Eric @ arb has helped me out on various occasions in the past. Hopefully they can press the heim out with the bushings and half of a bolt still seized in there.

Being a "burner" always seemed like a nice relaxing job. Come to work today, grab an oxy torch and just cut shit up all day. Other trades layout the cut lines and clean them up. All you have to do is cut and leave enough till the piece is hooked up to rigging to sever it fully. Don't get paid as much as the qualified welders but still not a bad gig.

Be an easy fix for ARB or anyone with a press. Shouldn't need to rebuild the shocks at all. Just replace the bushings (most likely) and maybe the spherical bearings. But getting the bolt out with a press is just like doing a ball joint. If you had a big enough C-clamp you might even be able to do it yourself using a socket as a receiver cup (big enough to be pressed against the metal portion and not on the spherical bearing) and a smaller one to push the bolt out.

I've done 2 xds and 1 vr. The vr was the one with the remote kit.
