54 the old way before 40 was finished. Not sure if they hacked it up so it's not possible anymore. Also 70 then head south 70 ends up closer to morhead city. Also 74 that you can pick up in Lumberton off 95 it's out of the way but looking at GPS it doesn't have any rd closures and 40 does. There will probably be a ton of closures once you get down there that aren't up on GPS yet. Good luck.

I was on the GPS and saw 74 is open as of now on it, but I spoke with someone not in the city stating it is shut down. He needs to use it to get back in. I figured it will be a crap shoot. Thanks for the info.

Yeah looks like 95 is closed at the 40 intersection so you would have to go 401 to Fayetteville then 95 to 74. It's going to be crazy getting there

NC50 goes into holly ridge and you can hang a right shortly before that and get to Wilmington ... haven’t looked at road conditions yet but it’s likely that most everything is flooded to some extent betwixed here and there ... mom has recorded 32” in Hampstead

I wonder how many other people made bored purchases during the rain storm.

Is it habitable if I try to make it back to town with all these clients? Meaning any grocery stores open? Safe to be in town? Gas stations open?

Likely all no’s to those questions. Just wondering. We are starting to run low on food. Either have to try to come back tomorrow or go to find food tomorrow for these eating machines I call clients

    Be safe buddy
