Had an amazing beer last night in Lincoln Nebraska at Boiler Brewing!

It was their Bour-Ben German Chocolate Cake Batter! AMAZING BBA desert stout! Tried convincing them to crowler it for me... Didn’t work unfortunately!

Snuck out to the local bottle shop between rain storms. Didn’t have exactly what I was looking for but I picked a 4 pack of this stout. Not my favorite, but definitely not bad.

I think Foley Bros started in an old barn. They started canning around a year or so ago. I never thought about it, but they probably have someone else brewing their canned stuff.

As beergeek said, I would think if The Alchemist was brewing their own stuff at 100% capacity they could sell it all pretty easily. But who knows...

I would like to enjoy port. Just can get there. A bit too think and syrupy (in a cough syrup kinda way) for me.

8 lb pork butt on the smoker. Started it at 8 pm last night. After 16+ hours, it's just about ready...

Dinner tonight will be pulled pork street tacos, followed by pulled pork sandwiches the rest of the week.
