I've had these wheels a few months now. I like the wheels, but not 100% sure I like the PVD finish maybe too shiny for me. This is what I'm thinking about doing, please chime in.

Using SuperWrap or Plati-Dip to try different combinations of grey and black on the wheels to see if I like it better. If I do, either buy new Anarchy's with different finish or having them powder coated.

What I need you guys help on is in your past experiences using SuperWrap or Plati-Dip on wheels, has it or can it damage the finish on your wheels?

I don't want to damage the finish in case it turns out that I liked them better with PVD finish, or in case I decide to buy new ones when I remove the coating, I can't sell them because the finish is messed up.

Sharing your past experiences using SuperWrap or Plati-Dip on wheels is greatly appreciated.

Have the wheels powder coated. Power coating is substantially stronger than most other finishes. It may cost a bit more initially but you do get what you pay for.

Wheels are subjected to alot of on/off road abuse. Plastidip and other semi permanent finishes typically prove worthless again daily usage and do typically wear faster.
