    Thats pretty neat. I have wanted to go to one of those meets. They have them in Utah a lot where my cousins live and they cook up some great meals. Thats where my grandparents have come across it. We have been cooking in them for 5 generations and I own one of the pots that is 3 generations old.

    Here's a pic of a dish I cooked on my last 4x4 outing

    Was supposed to be chicken and dumplings but I forgot the dumpling mix baggie. So I just used some tube biscuits from the refrigerator case at a store on the way to the destination. Wind was blowing hard so the outer edge of the oven stayed cool so that's why it's not cooked perfectly evenly.

    Thats a good dish too cook up. Ive done one similiar and using the tube biscuits. Ive used the Marie callendars chicken pot pie in a can then just added the biscuits on top. Not the freshest recipe but quick and easy.

    I scored a set of 4 skillets yesterday, one nice covered one made by Lodge and 3 eight inch skillets only marked "made in USA on the bottom. I'll keep one of them and give my son and daughter the other 2. They are in the oven seasoning now, Pics in a while.
