Painting bumper center...

I'm not exactly sure what it's called, but I have seen a few trucks with the lower center piece of the front bumper painted a deifferent color. is that a separate piece I can buy, or is the bumper just paintted. It looks awesome when it's a different color. I have a bsp truck and am thinking about painting that piece gray. Any pics would would be appreciated.

 

Most people paint it black. You can buy the x-runner piece that goes there but it's black. So any other color besides black has to be painted. I say do the grey. I think it would look cool.

Yea. X-runners come stock with it I think. It clips on right there.

You should do yours silver like HBtacoma.

Replace balance with valence. That should be it.

I've been trying to find one online ebay, trd parts etc. no luck maybe the at the dealership, but you know their prices.

I would buy his vinyl but I hear it sucks to get on. People mess up a lot. I'm going to call the dealer and see how much. I get 20% off so hopefully that help.

 

I covered mine with some black vinyl I had laying around from another project. It was kind of a pain in the ass, but I like it.

 

yes, def pain in the ass to do.

but, once you have it on, it won't come off until you peel it away.

i have been wanting to redo mine for a while but 1. it's hot as hell and 2. it's a pain in the ass

 

you should check over on XRU.

The X-runner guys always take them off.. there should be plenty of them floating around over there
