Just got my 5100's in, installing next weekend. What is the biggest tire that can be ran with the 5100's all around and front set at 2.5? And any pointers as far as do's/dont's with the 5100's? Also should I get the TSB done before/after I install the billie's?

    I got 285/75/16's

5100's up front w/2.5" lift, TSB AAL in rear w/5125's about 2.25" rear lift...

Sits a little higher in the rear, but should settle.

They will fit but you need wheel spacers, and after you trim you may still rub on the cab mounts.

285's with spidertrax spacers and a small anount of trimming at inner lower fenders on front and did not have to mess with cab mounts at 2.5..
265's no spacers no triming and looks good...

i had 285/70/17 on stock sport rims you just need a 1/4 inch spacer not the 2.5 inch adapter. also had those tires and rims on stock suspension with no lift

33x12.5 but you will have some rub at full lock. Plus you need a rim with a 3.5" backspacing. Or you can run 33x10.5 it will slightly rub at full lock but not as bad.

OK, last question.....can I buy anything other than 1.25" spacers? After looking at all the clearance issues I just can't see needing 1.25" spacers to run 285s....thanks again for all the help.

I tried the 1\4 spacers and rubbed, the 1.25 spidertrax spacers are well built spacers and gives it more stability.. With 285"s without the spidertrax you will rub, I know, I'm running them..
Oops, forgot to add, I am talking factory wheels.....
