    It wasn't their money,its was their customers money,so I really don't think Pelfrey cared how much the commercial cost.

    I mean, they made I product I really liked, and wanted to see them pull out of this mess. But it seems the further down the rabbit hole we go, the more evidence there is that they misappropriated everyone's funds with zero regard to filling orders.

    Not trying to bask in schadenfreude at all. I actually think this is extremely relevant to the case people are fighting right now, as it shows the Pelfreys used customer money to fund things other than orders.

    Edit: you may be right about Riot. But dont most free-lance people take atleast a decent sum of the balance up front? Not making excuses, and not making light of the loss for Riot if one does exist, but that means atleast some money came out of customers' pockets and paid for this, even if just a portion.

    I know them personally, they moved town and even kept all thier cars. They knew they were going bankrupt and were in major debt, and still didn’t tell any customers. They belong in jail, they stole a lot of money and people need to take action. Don’t let them get away with this. I know they moved to Texas. Keep an eye out for thier trucks or thier brand new 80k Lexus they bought right before they went bankrupt (and kept it). They also had no investors.
