That seems very strange. Because even with zero preload and very light damping, a stock truck is going to "feel" stiff with 700lb springs. Stock should be closer to 550-600 with shocks that have light valving giving it that stock feel.

 

What are you running for front shocks?

Shouldn't be. But tire size will make a difference. I'm 4.5bs with 315/75/16 and there's very minimal clearance between the tire and spindle.

Dunno if it is in your plan but there are some BBKs that require slight grinding on the gusset to clear.

I think at this point I'm pretty much gonna be set on the ADS. Everyone raves about them, it looks like their construction is top notch, they offer standard travel lengths to match my truck, and they are local.

About the only thing they don't have is the King Bling factor.
