    Perfect response.

I liked quicksand and I bought one.

Maybe some other members of TW don't, a few might make disparaging comments.....

I like it - I bought it- so who care what anybody else thinks? Not me, lol.

Shit talking about what truck colors are or are not "pretty" is just plain lame......imo.

Am I the only one that thinks it's retarded you can't custom order the truck you want? That color isn't available on that trim, that would piss me off if I was ordering a truck. They have the paint and they can paint it on any truck. Not letting you order what you want shows total disrespect for your customers. I could understand if someone asked for a color that isn't currently offered, but if it's in the factory already there is no reason not to.

Its not a customer insult thing, its how Toyota, Honda and some other brands operate, besides the big domestics. Helps keep costs down from a manufacturing standpoint as well as QDR.

They don't bother passing any of those cost savings to their customers so yeah, it is a insult thing.

You like that high resale value? You want to customize away and get $10k off, grab a GM or Ford, but don't be upset when your truck 2 years later is worth crap in resale. Just saying.

I wonder if anyone that frequents this website has any access to "TRUE" numbers on how many of each of the colors of the 3rd gens that have been produced?

I could care about the resale value, my old DD became my trail rig and is in the back getting parted out now. This will likely be in the same place in 10-15yrs. I didn't buy it to sell it, I bought it to have a little fun!

Fair enough, but its an important aspect to many here and to the Toyota name.

Like any other car manufacture, Toyota isn't a charity....they're a business. One of the things a business does is to increase their profit margins.

With the right black accents, it might look good.

That color is too "50's convertible" for a truck for my tastes, I think.

But, I tend to like darker blues, personally.

I’m surprised the 2019’s are on dealer lots already. Glad they are. Now we get to see if Toyota actually fixed all the issues reported from 2016-2018.

    Placing bets?

The blue is ok. It looks much better in person, and with some better wheels/tires.
