Yeah I agree with you guys!

We do a lot of sweeping and thankfully they are all very well behaved.

We didn’t want this many but the last two we rescued and believe it or not there’s not too many people that will rescue a Persian. Let alone an adult one. Or in this case two that were bonded.

theres a lot of cats being dropped off around here...2 of my neighbors say they have a couple new strays they are taking care of. I assume people just come down here and drop them by the farmhouses because there's no reason for a full grown cat to appear out of nowhere. Some are spayed and some prob just keep having kittens....

She must have a lot of floof in that shot, then. Mine weighs in at 16-17 and he's narrower-looking.

She must be a small-framed cat? Mine weighed nearly 20 when we got him from just being a shelter slug, and he got put on a diet (which he wasn't a fan of). He dropped 4lbs and looks healthy now; if he dropped another 4 he'd be skin & bones, let alone getting down to sub-9

A true man appreciates ALL animals. It's funny I was thinking the same thing tho, us "seemingly" rough, tough guys and our trucks talking cats.. We better start talking dogs or we might be perceived as less manly. On the note of dogs, we're getting ready for our dog, a Weimaraner!! Seen here is the giant crate taking up our living room with our Aspen taking over as she does so eloquently.

Cats are emotionally distant and mostly prefer to be left alone; what's more manly than that?

As an aside, your name's Courtney?

I work with two guys named Courtney (one goes by "Court"). It's more common than you'd think.

I know, I was asking because I have an uncle Shannon, and had a great uncle Courtney when I was younger

Too true! Maybe "manly" men need the constant attention a dog gives and requires..
Yes! Courtney.. I went through a period of denial in my teens to mid twenties where I went by Court but now I feel it's unique and I actually love it. Plus I gave up trying to say my name "Court" cause people could never understand what i said. Now they just look at me weird like i have a girls name..

Respect! My FIL was named Hillery and he owned it 100%. Refused to go by his middle name. Awesome dude, miss him all the time.

That seems awfully rude for Canadians...You must be close to Quebec.
I went thru a similar problem when I was younger; got sick of people pronouncing my name "Noelle" so I used my middle name a lot instead. I still use it for reservations, because "Noel" over the phone always gets mangled into 'Joel' 'Paul' or 'Bill' by inattentive hostesses, but nobody's screwed up 'Duncan' yet. :notsure:

Im super proud of my name and I DO own it! Happy it's unique i'm not another Fred or Chris.. No offense to those..

Ironically it's a french name, but no, no where close to Quebec thank god!!! We're much different out West than out East..
I feel you on the mispronunciation.. My last name is Gregson, On a receipt for an order they wrote my whole name, It said Corney Gayson..... WTF:annoyed:
