    My shit is all stock.
Yes. OEM parts. Pricing is not at my fingertips at the moment. They’re both in the same ballpark though.

Nice! I didn’t know the later model range shrouds were a improved design. Doesn’t really apply to my setup anymore, but good to know!

@loginfailed pioneered that setup. Make sure to get the overflow tank as well because it's not integrated like it is on the Tacoma.

Nothing serious. I just moved my Winch controller to the engine compartment to help with air flow.

@Roostfactor daaamn... that's awesome ( AND supercharged? you lucky duck)

Are you worried about the stress/vibration cracks between the fan/shroud?

I do NOT want to build another one of these! It was also a very tight fit getting the fan motor past the thermostat housing.
This is a bigger fan than @loginfailed's. I think its 17.5 or 18" while his is 15" I think. His has a bitchen mounting flange though to make it much easier to install and supposedly they share the same motor.

My fan is from a mid 90's Ford Thunderbird. Around $70 at Rockauto. But I also made a relay box to finally fix the sc intercooler pump running after shutdown and also for my Autocoolguy PWM controller to only come on with ignition on.

The polls so much air and barely makes any noise and with the controller the fan soft starts then only runs fast enough to keep the radiator cool. Then there is an independent setting for fan speed when ac is turned on. I havent had time to mess with it much as @rjbiii is over right now.

We did headers yesterday and I'm finishing his y-pipe on his truck. Then we have a URD UCON session at 1 to flash a new tune and after that I get to drop the tank and fix his fuel bowl and pump issue.

I'll post more on the fan when I have time. The last part of my wiring is ghetto rigged right now so I have to clean it up.

    Thanks!
No, not at all. It is a balanced and smooth running fan. Plus with the two shrouds bolted and silicone sealed together they are essentially one piece now.

If I did it again I think I would just make an aluminum shroud like @loginfailed did. It would have been much easier but I am hard headed and was determined to have the factory look.

    Got mine installed today.

    20180916_135410.jpg

I put fancy new hoses on and installed a new serp belt while that area was clear. Install was easier than I expected.

I live in the cool part of AZ, but I recently started towing my SXS and was seeing coolant temps over 200* with ambient air temps 80* - 85*. Hopefully this radiator will help.

He has had a hesitation/stumbling issue when going wot from cruising since he installed his sc 4 months ago. I have done zero troubleshooting on this truck and he drove 5.5 hours for us to install headers, y-pipe, and resonator.
When he installed the sc he also did the fuel pump upgrade (URD Walbro 255) with assistance from (unnamed). Well Here is the old fuel bowl.
    20180916_205213.jpg
I was pretty certain this would cause the issue so we replaced the bowl and feed line but not the pump. He only had a 340cc pump as a replacement and I dont know if the stock pressure regulator can handle that much return so back in the pump went.
He has a fuel pressure gauge and fp doesnt drop below 41psi (he has UCON).
We finished everything so late I didnt get a chance to even ride in the truck to see/feel the issue to try to troubleshoot. He left at 9 on his 5.5 hour drive back home.
This one has me curious but so hard to troubleshoot remotely.
