Sports car = 2 door, aerodynamic, light weight, low center of gravity, rear wheel drive.

Evo = sporty car / sport compact.

Thats not to take away from what evos can do or how much fun they can be, its just going of off he standard definition.

Although, I agree with you. I wont knock it till I try it. That instant torque / ludicrous mode, has got to feel insane.

Correct. They can be a pretty nasty car.

Thats a cool flux capacitor youve got therr!

    Shouldn’t drink and drive...

    Lol

So if I get a car that drives itself and I am drunk, then I can't get a ticket for drunk driving.

    Not at all.

I find it intriguing that you feel you have to respond to so many different posts at one time is all.

I have always been a Subaru fan. Had a wrx, brz, and xv Crosstrek. The wrx was a 2008 and it was amazing with no issues. Brz was the first year it came out and was constant issues. The xv Crosstrek has major oil consumption issues. After the last two I regret letting go of my wrx but won’t go back to Subaru. The wrx is a awesome car but my latest experinces with Subaru haven’t been good. ps Subaru’s are also expensive on insurance. The 2018 off-road was the same as the 2014 xv Crosstrek and significantly cheaper then the other two.

My grocery getters barely make it up to highway speeds when merging compared to the Subaru’s:rofl:

While i agree with this for this particular car( I read and watch YouTube reviews from Randy Pobst)I also have to say their quality hasn’t changed either. Everytime I see chevys “initial quality” commercials I cringe. Another thing, ZL1 is a track car with track tires and aero. Lastly, for $60k+ I’d prefer a list of other cars, among them is gt350 r if we’re talking track cars.
At the end, to each their own. While Chevy have come a long way, added bells and whistles, their quality and reliability still sucks.
Just ask Mahk, he’ll tell ya...

Lolz... someome is jelly of Chevy’s success with the ZL1 / 1LE Camaros, which eclipsed the awesome GT350(R) cars. 8th place for ZL1 1LE in at lightning Lap vs 29th place for GT350R.... Ouch!

    Fyi:

    - 350R also has track tires.

    - If you find a 350R for $60K, it must have came from an auction from a Nigerian Prince liquidation sale. You only get the 350Rs for $90-100+ K in the real world. Which is $30-40k more expensive that the ZL1.

Btw, Ford has the same bullshit quality issues as Chevy. But at least the Chevy’s don’t spontaneously combust into flames (true story).

    Buy a sports car!

My '19 BMW M2 Competition is getting built as we speak. Picking up in Munich Germany October 2 via European Delivery option. Cant wait. But I think about my upcoming mods that I have planned for my Tacoma alot recently. Love both types of vehicles though!

I’ll say this, I’ve never owned a Chevy and never will.
I’ve dealt and owned many cars that cost surpassed 6 figures. At my age I don’t get jealous.
Hey at least ford didn’t ask for a handout to make crap quality cars all over again
