Did you have to remove the plastic piece under the steering wheel to drill and install the switch? if so, how hard was it? what's involved?
    thank you,

Trust me, plenty of shine and rich color after the ceramic coat. Don’t wax after coating. It’s similar to rain-x on glass. Very slick. Just go do it, you won’t be sorry .:hattip:

Technically, no. I did, but broke 2 tabs. If I did it again, I'd drill close to the edge closer to the driver side than the passenger side if it makes sense.

I attached the wires and electrical taped them to the switch and then finished it through the top/rear of the steering wheel. It's awkward, but doable.

Note the hole location. First hole was too far away from edge and conflicts with internals inside the steering wheel. The current position of my switch works perfect. I'll plug the bad hole.

I also used a countersink bit of the proper OD size. It doesn't bite through the plastic and instead shaves it away gently. More mess, but that's what floor mats are for.

That switchpro install looks incredibly clean. What fuse/distribution block and mounting plate are you using?

I'm guessing you just run the accesories to the screw block and you're off to the races. I really like that.

Nice Micro... but is that a knockoff from China. Doesn't seem to have the numbers on it like they usually have. And that lightbar is sick.

Good eye, yes that’s an A/C unit on the barn. We have a 400sq/ft studio above the hay quarters we use during overnight visits and to get a reprieve from the GA heat.

Sounds like you’ve thrown a bale or two as well. You nailed it, 75lb bales, we figure it was close to 4,800lbs. The trailer does have brakes and we use a controller, I just have to find a good location to mount it in the truck.

I finally got to install my Bilstein suspension from @HeadStrong Off-Road this weekend. Added 5160's to the rear with 3-AAL and 5100's with OME 8700 struts to the front.I gained about 2.5in all around and a ride that is so much better on and off road. Took about 6 hours overall to do it in my buddies garage who has all the tools. I am not a mechanic but this was a fairly easy job if you have all the right tools at your side.3T4A1253.jpg

Yes they are... Got them at Americas Tire Co. for 821.53 installed or a $194 ea - the online mail-in of $100 and +$76 install. Thanks I do love my Tacoma although I sure see a lot of them now and especially in White.
