Purchase info, POST IN THREAD AFTER YOU ORDERED!:

Please note that friends and family can also take part in the group buy. There is no limit to the number of units that can be purchased in one order. Once 50 orders are received, shipments will commence. A shipment alert email will be sent which will contain tracking information. We only ship Monday, Wednesday and Fridays.

It is imperative that all orders are placed using the provided link, otherwise they will stray onto the main site where there is no discount.

In regards to Transmission readings on Tacomas:

We only offer the pre-programming options listed on the site. There is a pre-programming option specifically for Tacoma. However this option was created for the First Gen of CAN protocol Tacoma which I believe ranged from 2005 to 2011. In 2012 Toyota changed some of the codes, and again in 2016. The MX programming supplement lists the changed codes for trans temp, which will need to be entered manually. It is very easy to do.
    http://ultra-gauge.com/ultragauge/support/UltraGauge_user_manuals.htm

Also, the primary feature of the MX, the ability to access manufacturer parameters, is not available on 2004 and earlier Tacoma, as these models use the 9141 Protocol which manufacturers did not use for manufacturer parameter access. So 2004 and older Tacoma should purchase UltraGauge Blue or UltraGauge EM Plus. Please note that the MX will still work on 2004 and older, but the primary feature of the MX will not work.
There is a detailed FAQ on the MX found here: http://ultra-gauge.com/ultragauge/support/ultragauge-mx-FAQ.htm

    1. Plug it in
    2. Stick on the mount
    3. Stick mount to dash.
    4. Read Ultra-Guage manual for how to configure.

There is a distance calibration setting, so yes.
Detailed in the manual, IIRC: "drive one freeway mile as straight as possible, adjust what the guage recorded with your actual distance"

This setting factors into mpgs, momentary mpg & K/mph (and probably more)

I had one of these. Liked it. Sold it later on since I no longer needed it. (I added some gauges for the supercharger and also a Maestro RR for the radio which duplicated the functions of the Ultraguage)

Buy with confidence, these are pretty decent!

UltraGauge MX for Gen-2 Tacomas and up (i think)
It has to be configured by them, specified when you buy it (unless it has changed)
