It's not readily dismountable from my truck. The angle iron (base rails) are mounted under my side boxes. I'd have to take the side boxes off, to get the rack off.

Not sure exactly what it weighs, but it wasn't so heavy that it was difficult for me and my 17 year old son to mount it.

    Well, poop.
My LTFT is high when I'm running down the road, low when at idle. I also threw a CEL for O2 sensor a few months back, so I figured that's the best place to start in trying to get the trim back to an acceptable level. Instead of a 10 minute job, I broke off a stud and had to drop the Y-pipe. Now I get to weld in a new stud, probably 2. Yay!

I need to re-do my projectors with the ACME H1’s. The light throw on mine are terrible.

That's pretty sad that you need to do that. Around here security isn't much of a concern, half the people just leave their keys in their cars. In the 25 years that I've lived here I have only ever heard of one car theft. And they got it back pretty quick. A drunk guy just "borrowed" it to get home.

Yeah, it is. Oh well. It’s a big metropolitan city with big metropolitan city problems.

Smash-n-Grabs are more common, but car theft is common too.

Yea when you cram people that close together you get problems. You probalby have more people within three miles of you right now than we have in the entire state of Wyoming.

That’s just crazy to think about.

Fun Fact: The State of California has a higher population (39.54 Million) than the entire country of Canada (36.29 Million)

Hope you hid it some where other than under the dash. They’ll find that in 10 seconds. Best to hide it away from the dash

Yeah. I haven’t really mounted it yet, I’m running off of the quick disconnects for now.

I bit the bullet and ended up going with profile d2s from retrofitsource. I did have to slightly Mod where the bulb mounts. I’m extremely impressed with the quality of the projector. I’m hoping I won’t have to ever open back up the housings again.

Glad you got her all back together. Just curious how did you get copper plates on an 02, i just ditched my coppers on my Z because the lady said the only thing that makes any real difference is how you insure it
