Yeah, I looked at Martha's Vineyard and Nantucket. Both look gorgeous but un affordable for a weekend getaway. I think you've got the right idea w/ Boston and staying slightly outside.

Hey Eric, Yarmouth on the Cape is full of tourists stuff and you can get to other stuff on the cape as well. NH is always great up in the lakes region but also Hampton beach. Check those out and if you need other suggestions just ask man

Awesome, thanks. I'm writing down all of your guy's suggestions. Working from home today so I made a spot in my notes. I'll be researching everything this evening though so I may hit you up with questions.

I hate country music but I've been to a couple of outdoor country concerts back in the early 2000's (A girl I used to date loved country) and they're actually a lot of fun. Lots of cute girls in short-shorts and western shirts over skimpy tank tops running around, everybody's friendly, and there was tons of beer, even if the music sucked

I'm not big into country, there are a few singers I like but not a lot. The event this year seems bigger than in the past so not sure what to expect. The first year it started as a wine tasting, and people got pretty damn sloppy. Then they added some craft beer and had Firefly's Food truck come to serve food.

We used to have a few Donut Man shops here. It was a small chain with two in this area, one in Hadley, and one on Myrtle Beach. They had amazing donuts, but they closed every one in this area. I think the SC one is still open. My guess is the family that owned it had two homes and eventually moved south for good.

I saw Brad Paisley at the xfinity center in Mansfield this summer. Cool venue and he was awesome, but Kane Brown was with him and I was not a fan. I think he had one song I liked, but the rest of his stuff, plus his persona, is steaming dog doodoo. To be fair I'm not the world's biggest fan of country, I just have certain artists that I really enjoy.

I wish I got tickets to see Chris Stapleton when he played there this summer. He and Eric Church might be the only ones that interest me enough to see in concert nowadays.

Country music is boring AF. I'm with Noel, the only reason I'd go is to see the girls

I saw Chris Stapleton last year at the Meadowbrook in NH. It was alright but I felt like I was too young for that show, and I'm almost 50.

What bothers me is how they talk. Some of the newer country reminds me a lot of some of the earlier Southern Rock in terms of the the rhythms, but they all adopt that stupid fake 'twang' and it drives me bonkers. That Urban guy is from freaking 'Ostrilya' or New Zealand and he even does it.

That's like Larry the Cable Guy. Have you ever heard him talk without his 'accent'?

Disturbing, I think is the word.

The Brits do the same thing, but in reverse. They all use the stereotypical posh accent for the movies, but when they give an interview it's all Yorkshire or Hampshire "arroight's" and "bollocks"
Kiera Knightly in an interview is TOTALLY different than Kiera Knightly in a movie.

I agree, I like other coffee shops better than dunks. But, if I'm on the road, I always know there is generally a minimum level of quality I can expect if I pull into Dunks. Their donuts are so-so. I don't like Honey Dew's coffee, it tastes gross to me. I do like 4-Buck's coffee though.

Kane Brown is just a pretty boy, anyways. He honestly looks more like he should be doing rap.

For some artists Yes it's fake, for others they are from the south and actually have that in their voice. Brantley Gilbert's older stuff is more southern rock. His concerts are the closest you'll get to seeing a rock concert whike going to a country show
