My toolbox has a trick to open it that most would be thieves probably wouldn't be able to figure out quickly. But if they really want my shovel, safety shoes, bump camp, etc., I guess they can have them.

The security bothered me at first too, but like you said, its no more unsafe than any other bedcover. If they want in, they'll get in. I also believe most of those types of thefts are moments of opportunity. Keep your stuff out of plain sight and most will walk right past it.

I have two action packers that I got from my internship last summer. They developed some cracks on the bottom and couldn't be used anymore. $60 bins for free. Your trash is my treasure.

Flooding is/was really bad on our coast. We lucked out our place looks to of faired well from a neighbors pic. The water was 3-5ft higher than this from some reports we got today finally. Friends of ours didn't fair so well since their places are at ground level. We went from waterfront to in the water.

Rolled up to North Charleston Toyota service counter to pick up some oil filters. Usually cost me around $15 bucks for two. Today’s bill was like $21.57 and I looked at the dude and said

Did Hurricane Florence increase the prices of oil filters?:lalala:

Jump in the truck and realize the freaking counter dude charged $2.90 a piece for the gasket. :censored:

Mother F’er I ain’t never been charged for those gaskets let alone $2.90 each. :frusty:

Supposedly that was in Durham. If I was a bus driver, I’d turn around.

Yeah really that's nuts. I know Durham had some really bad flooding from some of my friends. They should of called school today for that
