    Go to the PP dispute page where it shows the progress, there's an option to escalate (it'll do it on its own but this makes it go quicker instead of waiting 10 days or whatever arbitrary time for the seller to respond.

    Funny that the truth is coming out, finally. I heard the same (second/third hand info), except that they did have a potential investor in TG, but were declined due to the financial situation. But the main thing is that they knew they were in trouble for awhile. Also, that they were making their way to Texas before the statements were made to their clients.
