I swapped the fuse under the hood- still no good.
I swapped the relay - still no good.
I tested each horn - both work.

Having done some preliminary research online (ran out of time in the truck), I know there is at least one other fuse box in the cab, maybe 2.

Does anyone know if I should be looking elsewhere?

    Does the cruise still work?

    Warranty time?

Are you getting any power to the horns from the factory wire?

The horns are controlled by the body ecu. Do you have a way to scan the vehicle? Do you have access to the wiring diagram?

Sorry for the LONG delay in response, this is a very busy time of year at work.
    Full disclosure:
On a 2014 Tacoma, I replaced one of the factory horns with an older version of this Wolo horn:
    https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B008J151H4/ref=oh_aui_detailpage_o01_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1
At the time it blew a fuse and I put a larger one in and had no problems.

I installed the above 619 Big Bad Max in this 2017 Tacoma, let my 5 year old blow the horn and it worked for 2 seconds and stopped.
I assumed it was the fuse, tracked it down, and I swapped the fuse under the hood- still no good.
I swapped the relay - still no good.
I tested each horn - both work.

In the interim, I installed a separate wiring kit, but I keep finding myself mashing the steering wheel instead of the new button - 30 years of habit hard to break.

So, having said that, warranty will not help.

Why would warranty help you out? You put in aftermarket horns that draw more amps than the factory horn. You then put a larger fuse in and now the circuit has had a failure.

My guess would be the clock spring.
